Welcome

My name is Mary Mesiha, and I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have over 20 years of experience  in a variety of therapeutic settings, organizations, and community organizations. Over the years, I’ve supported people dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, family conflict, trauma, abuse, adoption-related experiences, and many of life’s overwhelming moments.

I’m licensed to provide therapy in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois, and Florida and I’m also certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)-a powerful therapy approach that helps people heal from painful or overwhelming experiences.

What I’ve learned after more than two decades is simple: the relationship you have with your therapist matters more than anything else. Feeling understood, safe, and supported is the heart of meaningful therapy, and I work hard to create that kind of connection with every client I meet.
